Payment security:
We are PCI DSS compliant. All payment data is:
- Encrypted with 256-bit SSL
- Tokenized (replaced with a unique code that cannot be reversed)
- Stored only by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.), not on our servers
We never see your full credit card number.
Failed payments:
If your payment is declined:
- You will see an on-screen error message with the reason (if provided by your bank)
- Your order will not be processed
- We do not automatically retry failed payments
- You may try again with a different card or payment method
- Contact your bank if issues persist — we cannot override bank decisions
Order cancellation before payment completes:
If you start checkout but do not complete payment, no charge occurs. We do not save abandoned carts. If you leave items in your cart, you may receive one email reminder after 24 hours (you can opt out of these).
Refunds (see also Return Policy):
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different card, different PayPal account, or via cash/check. Refund processing times:

Sales tax:
We collect sales tax in states where we have a legal obligation to do so. Tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. Tax rates are determined by your local and state laws.
Tax-exempt customers (resellers, non-profits, government agencies):
- Email us with your tax-exempt certificate before ordering
- We will create a tax-exempt account for you
- Do not place an order before receiving tax-exempt confirmation — taxes are not refunded retroactively
Currency:
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). If you are outside the US and your credit card account is in another currency, your bank may apply:
- Foreign transaction fees (typically 1–3%)
- Currency conversion fees
We have no control over these fees and cannot refund them.
Gift cards & store credit:
Digital gift cards are available for purchase in fixed denominations (25,50, 100,200). Gift cards:
- Never expire
- Can be used for any product on our website
- Cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law — CA, CO, etc.)
- Cannot be replaced if lost (treat like cash)
- Can be used in combination with credit cards for partial payment

Promotional discounts & codes:
- One discount code per order
- Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to already placed orders
- “Free shipping” codes apply only to Standard (Ground) shipping, not Expedited or Large Item Freight
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that abuse discount codes (multiple accounts, reseller activity, stacking codes that should not stack)
- Employee and family discounts are for personal use only — not for resale
Billing information accuracy:
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. If your billing address does not match what your bank has on file, your payment may be declined. We will notify you by email if this happens. You have 48 hours to update your payment information before we cancel the order.
Price matching:
We do not offer price matching with other retailers. Our prices are already competitive, and we run regular sales.
Subscription or recurring orders:
We do not offer subscription products at this time. All orders are one-time purchases.
